Job Description-
Customer Success Intern - For an Upcoming Food Delivery Startup in Bermuda
A perfect opportunity for someone interested in customer experience, operations, -and problem-solving. This role focuses on:
- Building strong relationships with merchants, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
- Handling customer escalations by troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Monitoring and reporting bugs or inefficiencies in our SaaS platform, working closely with the product and tech teams to enhance the user experience.
