About the Company:
PLEX exists at the juncture of tech and non-tech in Thapar, providing students with a third option where they are not required to compartmentalize themselves from the start and instead get to grow and know their areas of interest in due time. PLEX is not just a foundation, it holds the expertise to help these same students go ahead and incubate their passion and innovation to specialize in their areas of interest, be it even a niche field of tech or an unorthodox one in non-tech.
Throughout the students’ time in PLEX, we aim to instil in them students a sense of understanding of the difference between a project and a product. Furthermore, with this ideology in mind, any work done by the student in PLEX will be towards developing a product instead of the traditional projects produced in most colleges. In essence, PLEX will be the harbinger to bringing a product culture on campus.
PLEX is the Product Development hub, where PLEX works to develop the inquisitive, tinkering, and revolutionary mindsets of its members. And these members in turn work to forge, into reality, their dreams and future, along with the future of this generation and the college.
Requirements:
We’re seeking motivated, creative, and dedicated students to make a real impact through hands-on projects that push the boundaries of technology. While more roles and requirements are present in PLEX, we are currently recruiting for the following products through this medium.
Smart Energy Management System (SEM)

Bicycle Sharing System (BSS)
Quite similar to how it sounds, campuses, be it corporate or academic often suffer from a lack of enough transportation coverage. The Bicycle Sharing System works to cater to this need, not only in the traditional sense, but with a state-of-the-art technology approach.

1. Backend Developer
2. UI/UX
3. Flutter/Swift Developer
4. Sensors Specialist
